WEATHER POLICY
In any weather with lightning, we cannot take the bikes or tractor out for safety reasons. We will be happy to reschedule your tour. Tours will continue as planned if it is simply raining. We have rain covers for the bikes to stay dry, so be ready to have a good time!
MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN POLICY
If a bike or tractor completely breaks down mechanically during your tour, we will be happy to reschedule the remaining part of the tour.
If any nonessential items stop working, such as the radio, LED sign, or lights, we will not reschedule or refund the tour.
BIKE TOUR LATE FEE POLICY
For scheduling purposes, each tour must end within ten minutes of the scheduled return time. Pedal City bikes are powered by their passengers, so the passengers are in control of the speed at which the tour progresses. Pedal City reserves the right to charge your credit card following the tour if the bike is not returned on time, except for in cases of mechanical breakdown. If your bike is not returned on time, you will be charged a minimum of $50 for pub bikes. If your late return impacts the tour or tours after yours, you may be charged up to the full amount of those impacted tours. We do not charge late fees if the Pedal City bike is returned within 10 minutes of the scheduled tour end time.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY
Pedal City reserves the right to charge your credit card if the bike is returned damaged. You will be charged a minimum of $150 for manual pub bike and $175 for electric pub bikes if any damage occurs. If the damage impacts the tour or tours after yours, you may charged up to the full amount of those impacted tours. We do not charge a damage deposit if the Pedal City bike is returned undamaged.
